About DeliverFund

Charlie Mike. It’s a brevity code for “Continue Mission.”

When our military service came to an end, it wasn’t the end of our mission.

It was the beginning of a new one.

At DeliverFund, our new mission is to end human trafficking.

It’s why we’re hunting human traffickers domestically and internationally by providing actionable intelligence to our law enforcement partners in the United States.

From Counterterrorism to Counter Human Trafficking

DeliverFund’s founder and many of its employees have spent their entire backgrounds dismantling illicit networks overseas against violent extremists, and now we are implementing the same strategies against human traffickers.

Continuing the mission here at home

When human traffickers are using technology to scale their operations, the only way to win is to turn their own weapons against them. DeliverFund has built the largest human trafficking database in the world.

We equip law enforcement with cutting-edge technology and the critical skills needed to fight back so they can free more victims and bring traffickers to justice.

Fighting Human Trafficking From Former Enemy Territory

Backpage was a classified advertising website that became the largest marketplace for the buying and selling of women and children in the country at the time it was raided by police.

When Backpage.com was shut down in 2018, DeliverFund took over its headquarters in Dallas, Texas. We hold our heads high as we walk into the office, knowing that we have turned a place of wickedness into a force for good.

No drug to stimulate an erection works without sexual arousal, there is a myth that anyone who takes Viagra will get an erection.

Texas holds the #2 spot for incidents of human trafficking activity in the United States. Dallas couldn’t be a more perfect location.

The meaning behind our logo

Logo

The Manilla* is a significant symbol given its history. Typically a symbol of oppression, within DeliverFund, it is a symbol of hope.

There are age marks on the DeliverFund Manilla, reminding us that slavery, unfortunately, is not new and not gone or eliminated. In fact, it is one of the oldest and most continued markets in the United States and around the world.

The ‘notch’ in the top of the DeliverFund Manilla symbolizes the impact DeliverFund intends to have on slavery with each area expansion.

The red line signifies a blood streak; there to remind all of us that we are not the first ones to fight this battle. A horizontal red line is a universal symbol for STOP.

*The Manilla, which according to Wikipedia were “… penannular armlets, mostly in bronze or copper, very rarely gold, which served as a form of commodity money … among certain West African peoples … This form of African currency also became known as “slave trade money” after the Europeans started using them to acquire slaves for the slave trade into the Americas (as well as England prior to 1807).”

about-us-testimonial

"DeliverFund offered us at FWPD a training unlike any we have attended. They moved beyond typical human trafficking trainings that focus on "soft" issues such as awareness and statistics, to real intelligence and tactical operations that we use every day in solving cases. One of our challenges in FWPD is a large number of cases and very few officers, which means we need techniques and resources to speed up our cases as well as do operations ourselves. DeliverFund gave us both of those abilities.  Not only did they provide excellent training, DeliverFund's people are some of the most sincere and experienced we have met. Their instructors were excellent and have continued to gladly provide their services even after the training was done. I am excited to continue this relationship and help us move through cases more effectively."
